Spam Policy

Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Email spam targets individual users with direct mail messages and costs the sender very little to send. Most of the costs are paid for by the recipient or the carriers rather than by the sender. TheFactorium.ART doesn't condone the use of spam and the sending of unsolicited email in any form. However, we cannot control other websites involvement and/or practices in this area.

Negative option billing is a business practice where a customer is automatically charged for a product or service unless they take action to decline it. This can occur when a free trial ends, and the customer is billed, or when a service is automatically renewed, and the customer must actively cancel. Regulations in many places require companies to get express consent, disclose terms clearly, and provide easy cancellation options to prevent deceptive practices.

  1. We do not and will never engage in this unscrupulous business practice under any and all circumstances.
  2. However, not applicable since we do NOT rebill. All purchases are one-time sales, and only if you decide to optionally have us professionally present (e.g, framed) your artwork.
  3. Even if we wanted to, it is disallowed in your legal jurisdiction (under Canadian Federal law, and British Columbia (BC) provincial law.
  4. Otherwise, the site is absolutely FREE. There is NO cost to produce artwork as a Guest, or as a Member.
  5. Further, there is NO cost to Sign Up as a Member, even though there are benefits.
  6. We never request or collect, or store your financials. This is handled by PayPal. But again, if and only when in the case of (2).
Yes, but with conditions:

  1. Full Refund if you back out before the order is completed (before shipping).
  2. Partial Refund if you back out once the order is started (before shipping): Amount Paid - Current Outlay (cost at that point when the Refund was received).
  3. Full Refund if your order was not completed properly. You will need to ship the order to us for inspection. We will provide a shipping label at our cost. If upon inspection we are in agreement, we will offer two choices: (1) remedy (at no cost to you, including shipping), or (2) Full Refund.
